At Shear Visions, we value your time and the time of our team. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we ask that you review

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

will incur a charge of 60% of the scheduled service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate you. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in full prepayment for future bookings.

If you’re unsure about your appointment time, don’t hesitate to call or email us.

Late Arrival Policy

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service, but we may need to modify it to stay on schedule.

If you’re running behind, please give us a call so we can adjust as needed. Clients arriving too late to begin their service may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
